Finding space in a small town shouldn't take six websites and a few phone calls. Commercial listings in Waseca are spread across national sites, broker pages, and the MLS. Rentals are scattered across even more. Many listings go out of date, and some never get posted online at all.

The Waseca Ledger brings it together in one free place: commercial space for lease and sale, residential rentals, and a profile for Waseca's commercial buildings and businesses. It was started by Dr. Jay Bulfer, a local business owner (Growing Roots Chiropractic) and the owner of a small commercial building on N State St, who wanted an easier way for businesses and families to find space in Waseca.

How it works

• Free. Browsing is free and listing is free. There are no paid plans, ads, or sponsored placements.
• Informational only. The Ledger is not a real estate broker, lender, or landlord. We don't represent buyers, sellers, tenants, or owners, and we take no cut, fee, or commission on any deal made from something you find here.
• Public sources. Listings come from public listing sites and are checked daily. Building profiles come from Waseca County property records, MN Revenue sale filings (eCRV), and MN Secretary of State business filings. Business profiles come from the Waseca Area Chamber directory and OpenStreetMap. Each page links to its sources.
• Private owners stay private. When a building is owned by an individual rather than a company, we don't show their name.
• Photos are live Google Street View, loaded from Google when you open a page. Imagery may be a few years old.
• Flagged honestly. Stale, unverified, under-contract, sold, and conflicting listings are labeled. Visitors can tell us when a for-sale listing looks gone, and we re-check it.
